Your South Florida home will include photos that highlight its curb appeal, the exterior and interior of your property, and any other one-of-a-kind feature your property may have, for example, a koi pond. A For Sale sign is visible, Open Houses are optional, and showings will be set up personally through me at a time convenient to you, by appointment. This screening ensures only qualified buyers to your Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Pinecrest home, or whichever South Florida neighborhood is “home”.
