Property Management in Miami and South Florida

Solutions RE offers a Property Management program that assists those absentee South Florida homeowners, homes owned by Corporations, Estate Trusts, and Bank-Owned, who wish to use a local company to manage the real estate needs of their property.

We cover both Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including the cities of Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Homestead, Florida City, Hallandale, Hollywood, and just about any city in between.

Our services include renting, the necessary advertising and marketing to find the right tenant, negotiating a contract, managing the payments, monitoring the upkeep, and handling the general services and repairs needed to maintain the home.

In the absence of a tenant, we will administrate any payments that become due on the property, such as mortgage, insurances, taxes, utilities, maintenance fees, landscaping service, pool service, and any other services needed to keep your South Florida home in the best possible condition. Reports will be submitted to the owner on a regular basis of the expenses and the status of their account.
